In a nutshell

Social media management, the short version

Four quick answers before you scroll.

What is it?

A social media service built around one team: AI teammates called the Pixels, the people who work beside them, and you.

Who's behind it?

Digital Impact &, the agency that brings the team together. The Pixels are how that team does more, without losing the care.

How does it work?

Plan, write, design, publish, measure. Each step has a teammate, and people and Pixels work on it side by side.

Who decides?

You do, with the team beside you. Every caption, graphic and post waits for your yes before it goes anywhere.

How it works

How our social media management works, from idea to live post

Six steps. The Pixels move fast on the groundwork, then people join in. The orange steps are where the whole team, you included, works together.

  1. Plan the moves

We build a calendar around your goals, your audience and what's actually happening in your world, so there's always a next post and a reason for it.

    Pixels
  2. Write in your voice

First drafts start from your tone, your phrases, your point of view, then get tailored to each platform. No generic copy-paste.

    Pixels
  3. Design the look

Graphics and video built on your brand, sized for every feed, ready before you've had to ask.

    Pixels
  4. The team refines it

The people on the team read every draft alongside the Pixels, sharpen what a machine would miss, and flag anything sensitive. Tone, timing and taste get shaped here.

    People + Pixels
  5. You make the call

Every post comes to you first. Approve it, tweak it or tell the team to rethink it, and everyone goes again together. Nothing is published without your yes.

    You + the team
  6. Publish, measure, learn

Posts go out on schedule across your channels. Then plain-language results feed back into the next plan, so it gets sharper over time.

Better together

One team. Different strengths.

People are part of the team, not a checkpoint on it. The Pixels bring speed and stamina, the people bring judgment and heart, and everyone on the team, you included, plays to their strengths.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they join the team

Straight answers, no fine print.

What is Ampersand & The Pixels?

Ampersand & The Pixels is a social media management service from Digital Impact &. One team of AI teammates (the Pixels) and people plans, writes, designs, schedules and reports on your content, with you on the team, and every post is shaped together before it goes live.

Is it AI or people?

Both, and they're one team. The Pixels, our AI teammates, handle the repetitive work such as drafting, formatting and scheduling. The people on the team bring voice, timing and sensitive-topic judgment, and you bring the final yes. Our line is: AI where it makes sense, humans where it matters.

Will my posts still sound like me?

Yes. Everything starts from your tone, style and point of view, and the people on the team refine it with you before anything posts. You always see the final look first.

Do I have to approve every post?

Yes. We build each post with you, and nothing reaches your audience until you say go. You keep the final word every time.

Who are the Pixels?

The Pixels are the named AI teammates behind the service. & leads the plan, Quill writes, Stencil designs, Shuttle publishes, Sage reads the results and learns, and Speeding handles video. Each one has a clear job and works side by side with the people on your team.

Can I edit the graphics and videos myself?

Yes. Every graphic and video opens in a built-in graphics editor or video editor, so you can change the words, swap a photo, trim a clip or reframe a shot yourself. The team picks up from your changes, and nothing is published without your yes.

Which social media platforms do you cover?

Whichever ones matter to you, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Each post is tailored to the platform where it will land.

Can you really take social media off my plate?

That's the point. The team takes on the planning, writing, design and scheduling, so your part is the good bit: reacting, refining and saying yes. Being active online stops being a chore.

What if I'm starting from scratch or my accounts are a mess?

That's a good time to start. We build a plan around your goals and get you to a consistent, confident presence from wherever you are today. No strategy deck required.

How will I know it's working?

You get clear, plain-language updates on what is landing and what is growing. No vanity stats, just an honest answer to "is this working?" Those results also shape the next plan.

Why does posting consistently matter?

Showing up beats showing off. Post rarely and people forget you exist. Post steadily and you build trust, stay on people's radar and let the right people find you. It compounds.

Is this only for big companies?

No. It works for a solo creator or a corner shop as well as for a large organization, and it grows with you.
